Trade missions

A successful trade mission coupled with a successful visit or a stand at a renowned trade fair is the no. 1 goal of all of us involved in international trade.

The World Trade Center Poznań has been assisting trade missions since it first opened its doors in 1998. Chambers, trade associations and governmental bodies from Canada, Czech Republic, Belgium, Brasil, Great Britain, Italy, USA, Ukraine, are among some of those who have utilised the services of the WTC Poznań.
At the same time we have developed a matchmaking programme to facilitate contact between Polish Companies and their foreign counterparts. During the last fair a whole day was devoted in putting Poles, Belgians, Dutch, Spanish, Germans and Ukrainians in contact with each other, here at our own conference centre or at the company stand.
We would like to continue in this rein by directly assisting any trade mission from your country to Poland, to help in setting up direct meetings in Poland and facilitate the participants of companies from your country in the trade fairs held in Poznan. However, we are in a position to assist missions and individual companies coming to Poland (not necessarily Poznan) outside trade fair dates.
In addition, we regularly host missions from Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia, Belarus, Russia and Ukraine, so a visit to Poznań is not just a visit to Poland, but to the whole region of Central and Eastern Europe.

Market research
General report including information about polish economy, branch information and more specific report including potential partners, importers, useful links, branch organizations, associations, branch trade fair, legal aspects

Matchmaking – organization of business meetings
If the event takes place in WTC Poznan, as a start we can conduct free of charge country–briefing, seminars, presentation of WTC Poznan services, Poznan and Wielkopolska region, where the companies could learn of the political, economic and business environment, issues inherent in doing business in Poland and what is the best entry strategy.
Country presentation is proceeded by individual business meeting.
The matchmaking of potential partners is performed by WTC Poznan on the basis of information obtained in special matchmaking questionnaire Companies are informed by fax or e-mail about their meeting schedule at least one week in advance.
Meetings can be organized at the company stand, at the WTC Poznan offices or at Polish company premises’.

Business Mixer
branch matchmaking event organized during every trade fair for foreign and polish companies looking for a partner – Members of WTC Poznan Club, members of foreign delegations registered at WTC Poznan, exhibitors, visitor of the trade fair, branch associations. The purpose is free matchmaking among all participants – around 150 Guests.

For instance Polish - English: 250 zł plus vat /8 hrs working day

We can prepare you guided tourism programme in English at the price of 600 zł netto / 3 hrs

Accommodation
We offer you a selection of hotels in Poznan at better rates then hotels itselves.
