Business Mixer

Since the very beginning we are organizer of Business Mixer - branch matchmaking event organized during every bigger trade fair for foreign and Polish companies looking for a partner. The purpose is free matchmaking among all participants, visitors and exhibitors, Members of WTC Poznań Club, producers and buyers.

The event promotes international contacts and enables to get together between Polish and foreign companies. Our regular Guests are trade delegations from Belorussia, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Ukraine, Germany, Canada, Slovakia.
As partners we choose different organizations Polish and foreign, branch associations and chambers, Embassies, WTC offices, often Members of WTC Poznan Club.

During opening speech our partners and trade delegations have possibility to take a floor with short presentation and present their business offer. Such introduction (in two languages) takes approx 20 minutes, as this is “stand” event, no chairs are given, only walking Buffet as we want our Guests to be matched and talk  to each other.
We also provide mini stands for our partners and trade delegation – a table, where all the leaflets, information, folders can be displayed.

WTC Poznan prepares and send all the invitations as well as List of participants on the bases of registrations forms send to us. Invitations are send as well to all exhibitors by Poznan International Fair. Such  list of participants is  send  before the event  to all confirmed guests, and at the reception we give identification badges to everyone, so it is easier to find each other.
We usually host 150 people from the branches adequate to the profiles of the trade fair.
